As Project Manager for Create Media Group, I managed the complete creation, production, execution & final delivery of 148 audio/video content for 12 pavilions of the participating countries in EXPO 2020 Dubai. These pavilions were located in the Thematic District Pavilion of EXPO 2020. Pavilions – African Union, Cuba, DRC, Ethiopia, Guinea, Mali, Jamaica, Mauritius, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania & Yemen. In addition, I was also in-charge of hiring freelance editors, copywriters & graphic designers for the project and liaising with the client and the participant country to manage their creative expectations and ensure timely delivery of the content.
