Madirasi is an action comedy film based on a series of true incidents that took place in the city of Madras, known in Malayalam as “Madirasi”. The story revolves around the protagonist who is a widower. He travels to Tamil Nadu to buy a cycle for his son but is drawn into a vicious circle when he goes on to probe the disappearance of Johny, a police constable.
