1920: Evil Returns is a horror film and it is a quasi-sequel to the film 1920. The story revolves around a famous poet who meets a woman who is in trouble. To treat her, he takes her to a big hospital, but soon realizes that woman is possessed. Why did the poet decide to help an unknown woman and who is the devil forms the rest of the story.
