EXPO 2020 Dubai Partners Campaign was created to showcase how Expo 2020 Dubai is bringing together the best partners to deliver the most memorable and innovative expo in the history. An overarching message was created for the campaign which was, “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, for all the Partners. The campaign was digitally led and was executed in a variety of short form rich media formats targeted to a UAE based audience, showing the importance of how each partner is contributing to the various themes of Expo 2020, i.e. mobility, sustainability and opportunity, on the road to 2020 and beyond. The Expo 2020 Partners are Accenture, Cisco, DP World, Emirates Airline, Emirates NBD, Etisalat, Mastercard, Nissan, PepsiCo, SAP, Siemens.
As the Post & Content Producer, I oversaw the entire workflow of the campaign, right from ideation to the final delivery. I was also in-charge of communicating with the client directly, managing them on a daily basis and keep them abreast of the progress (from creative, technical & production point of view) of each video, taking the necessary approvals for the videos, creative brainstorming between the client and my internal team before the start of the project, improvising on the same as the campaign progressed further and advising them on the technical aspects (e.g. technical specifications for various social media platforms, video quality, video formats etc).I was also responsible for recruiting and leading the complete team of freelancers for the project, negotiating their fees and other terms and conditions that applied keeping in mind the kind of final work output that was required by the client.
During the two month duration of the entire project, I ensured seamless delivery of each video for the campaign in the highest quality and to the client’s satisfaction while at the same time maintaining the complete outgoing costs strictly within the budget guidelines of the company.
